TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following terms apply to all Brunch reservations and large party reservations parties of 10 guests or more  By paying your deposit you agree to the booking terms and conditions as set out below.

1. Your booking date is the date your table was reserved. Your reservation date is the date your table is booked for. Your reservation time is the time at which you must arrive for your reservation. The time of your booking is the time at which you are required to be seated at your table. If you wish to have pre-drinks please kindly make arrangements to arrive early and allow sufficient time to be seated on time.
2. The restaurant is unable to delay your time of sitting for late arrivals in consideration for other diners. If you arrive later than 10 minutes from the time of your reservation, management will aim to re-sit you at a later time once other diners have been seated, which may be subject to a delay of up to 4 hours. If management is unable to offer a later sitting, your reservation will be cancelled. All deposits paid will be non-refundable and non-transferrable.
3. Bookings are made online via our website, you will be asked to pay a £10 per person deposit to secure your booking.
4. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable, should your party size decrease in numbers, deposits received cannot be offset against your final bill.
5. All completed pre-orders must be received 5 days prior to your reservation date. Strictly no amendments can be made after this date or at the time of your reservation.
6. We reserve the right to cancel your booking without prejudice to any other clause in this agreement in case of late receipt of your pre-order.
7. Pre-orders can only be accepted via our online pre ordering system, you shall receive an email link once the deposit payment has been paid. Please note we cannot accept pre-orders over the telephone, in person or in a tally format.
8. Kindly note that we ask all guests to order from the same menu. For Brunch parties all guests must order form the same Brunch menu. We are unable to offer multiple menus or Brunch options for reservations.
9. Any additions to your booking will be made subject to availability and discretion of management.
10. We regret we are unable to accept payment by cheque, American Express or split bills. You hereby agree to settle your bills in full on the day of your reservation by either cash or card payment.
11. Right of admission is reserved.
12. For parties of more than 10 guests, seating may be over more than one table.
13. A discretionary service charge of 10% will be added to your final bill.
14. Please do not bring entertainment/decorations without prior arrangement from management. Confetti, glitter and party poppers are strictly prohibited and if used there will be a minimum £50 cleaning charge. 1
15. Early sittings prior to 7.30pm will be subject to a 2 hour sitting.
16. Brunch reservations are subject to a 1.5hr sitting.
